About Sleep Apnea

Recently Diagnosed?
Learning that you have Sleep Apnea is the first step in getting a better night’s sleep. A good night’s sleep not only makes you feel better and wake up refreshed but we also know it helps you have more energy throughout your day. There is now proven clinical evidence that lack of sleep, good sleep, is actually bad for your health and a leading cause of some serious medical conditions.

Unfortunately, Sleep Apnea is one of the most under-diagnosed conditions around, yet it can have a serious and potentially deadly impact if left untreated. It can affect any age group or gender, but it is more common in men.
