For oxygen equipment and certain other product rentals, this means that you can sleep easy, knowing that if you have trouble, you have someone on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you resolve your problem and if necessary come to your home to service your equipment. It also means that you’ve got someone in the store to help assess your needs and find the most appropriate equipment for you, to have someone help you navigate through insurance coverage, and to even have someone deliver larger products right into your home. The staff at Lambert’s are dedicated to quality care and service long after the sales transaction is over. For people who require short-term use of medical equipment while recovering from an accident or injury, Lambert’s offers the option to buy or rent all types of needed equipment for as long as one needs it, including hospital beds, wheelchairs, respiratory machines, and lift devices. Included in the rental program is free delivery and set-up of the equipment, personal instructions on how to safely use the equipment, 24-hour service and maintenance, and usually insurance billing to prevent you from having to make up-front payments. When the equipment is no longer needed, Lambert’s will also pick up the equipment and return it to the nearest Lambert’s warehouse. If you live in Knox County or one of its surrounding counties, many items qualify for free delivery to your home. Reliable, timely delivery is the key focus of Lambert’s Operations Department, and you can count on Lambert’s professional delivery technicians to work with your personal situation and needs. Included in the delivery are setup and patient/caregiver education on how to use the equipment. If you are renting equipment from Lambert’s, you can schedule a pickup of equipment when it is no longer needed. Deliveries and pickups are scheduled according to patient need. Lambert’s comprehensive medical repair center provides local and experienced professionals that service equipment after the sale. Repair technicians have the background and education in biomedical equipment technology and complete continuing education courses annually. Team members are also certified by the Rehabilitation, Engineering, and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA). Lambert’s is an authorized service center for Pride Mobility, Invacare, and Sunrise Medical.
