Our comprehensive medical equipment repair center gives you access to local and experienced professionals that service equipment after the sale. Our repair technicians have a background and education in biomedical equipment technology and complete continuing education courses annually. We have team members certified by the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA). We are an authorized service center for Pride Mobility Products, Invacare and Sunrise Medical. We are a factory authorized repair center for much of the healthcare equipment we carry.

We go beyond delivery. Our professional delivery technicians also provide equipment setup and education for the patient and caregiver. If you are renting equipment from us, we will also pick up most equipment when you no longer need it. Many of our products will qualify for free delivery to your home if you live in Knox County or one of the surrounding counties.

We offer the option to buy or rent a variety of equipment such as knee walkers, hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, respiratory devices and patient lift devices. We offer both short-term and long-term rental options to help accommodate the patient’s needs.

Our rental program offers delivery and setup of most equipment, personal instructions on equipment use, billing of your insurance claim if we are an in-network provider for your insurance policy. We also offer 24-hour service although some exclusion may apply. Many products can be ordered by phone from your home, hospital or physician’s office.

Our knowledgeable customer service team will assess your needs and help you find equipment that is most appropriate for you. Team members are here to provide training on the use of equipment as well as safety guidelines on all our equipment.
