Items eligible for returns must have a receipt and be new, unused, and contain all original product tags, packaging and accessories. Uniform items may not be washed, worn or soiled. Most items must be returned within 30 days. Some items are subject to special return policies and restocking fees; see the product description for more information. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
Certain inventory items purchased on Lambert’s Online may be eligible for refund if requested within 15 days from day of shipment. All online refunds require proof of purchase, written prior approval and can only be credited to previous credit card sales. All returned goods for refund or exchanges that are shipped to and from the customer are subject to customer shipping and handling charges. In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Lambert’s Health Care gladly accepts returns made within 30 days of purchase date with receipt for most items purchased in a Lambert’s Health Care retail store No returns or exchanges are permitted without a receipt. All returned in-store items must also be in new condition, unused and contain all original product tags, packaging and accessories.
With a valid receipt, the following methods of payment are eligible for refund:

The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Bathroom Aides
- Sterile Products (if opened packaging)
- Cushions/Pillows (if opened packaging)
- Clearance Items are final sales in all departments
- Opened packages of personal hygiene items
Prior to using any item sold by Lambert’s Health Care, if you discover any irregularity, malfunction, missing parts, or any other defect with the product, the item should be returned to Lambert’s within 30 days of your purchase for our evaluation for replacement or refund. Only unused items can be processed by Lambert’s for defects of this nature. If you experience a problem with the quality of purchased merchandise once used and no longer in new condition, the item must be submitted to the manufacture for evaluation based on the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Any warranty or replacement for used items is only eligible from the manufacture.
