We are looking for an experienced team player who has a passion for people, will help grow sales, and is adaptable to the demands of a retail environment. All applicants must know about customer care and retail excellence. It is preferred but not required that the candidate has previously worked in a medical environment and has knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis codes, medical terminology, and is familiar with patient care, durable medical equipment and medical supplies.

This full time retail position requires the candidate(s) to work scheduled 8 hour shifts anytime during the hours of 8:30am-7pm, Monday-Saturday. Our stores are closed on Sundays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Retail background (2+ years experience working directly with customers)
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work varied shifts and be flexible with your schedule (ranging 9a-7p Mon-Sat)
  • Passionate about patient care and willing to work in a fast past environment
  • Computer proficient
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis codes, durable medical equipment & supplies a plus but not required!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide & promote exceptional customer service
  • Generate sales through customer interaction, incoming phone calls & suggestive selling
  • Helping with Inventory Replenishment
  • Be compassionate and caring during stressful situations
  • Merchandising and keeping the store front clean and maintained
  • Working with managers and coworkers to meet department & company revenue goals
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Can stand up to 8 hours if needed
  • Can carry up to 40 pounds
